Are you getting this error when you run the launcher?  This code error means the server cannot be resolved. Usually connection problem or your launcher was blocked/removed. Replace your existing Launcher file with the updated launcher from the downloads: HERE
In case you get an error like this, select "Keep"  I have my anti-virus on and this warning above is just for caution. "Keep" and replace the Launcher in your bandmaster folder. Right click the Launcher.exe and Run as Administrator. |

Solution:
Verify that your internet connection is functioning and try your install again.
Disable your anti-virus when downloading/installing/patching. |

can you upload manual patch for error 12002 because i cant finish my download it always fail to update and its always starts on the beginning so how i supposed to finish my download i don't have any anti virus and i already put bandmaster.exe in firewall execption please upload manual parch for this thanks
