There is a false virus that is being detected so your download/installation may not be completed or blocked.
Solution: Turn off antivirus. It must remain off until all process are done.
Add the Launcher.exe and BandMaster.bin in the exclusions/exceptions in your antivirus.
If you have Avira AntiVirus, follow this:
Open your Avira go to Extras > Configuration
Add "Launcher.exe" and "BandMaster.bin" in the Real-Time Protection Exceptions
(I also added mine in the System Scanner Exceptions)
Click the ... to browse the Launcher.exe and BandMaster.bin then "Add"
Click Apply then Ok.

If you have Avast AntiVirus, follow this:
Go to the File System Shield and open Expert Settings.
Go to Exclusions and browse the "Launcher.exe" and "BandMaster.bin" file in your BandMaster folder.
Check all 3 boxes, Add then Ok.
Go to Exclusions and browse the "Launcher.exe" and "BandMaster.bin" file in your BandMaster folder.
Check all 3 boxes, Add then Ok.
If you are using other antivirus than these, google: how to add exceptions in your antivirus.
If you did not do this guide, you need to re-install and follow the steps this time.
After you've done these steps, you may now enable your anti-virus to keep your PC protected.
Go to your BandMaster folder then right click on the Launcher.exe choose "Run as administrator".
