[BandMaster] List of errors and how to fix

* CTRL+F here and type your error to find the solution.
* SLOW DOWNLOAD? Download the Manual Patch
* NO RESPONSE TO SERVER? Check your internet connection. Try again.
* Make sure your are always running the Launcher as admin to avoid errors.

"Dangerous File Blocked" = Use internet explorer/firefox and TURN OFF ANTIVIRUS BEFORE DOWNLOADING/EXTRACTING. Read this.

Installation Error: Insert Disk = download ALL parts bandmaster.boards.net/thread/3/bandmaster-where-download
Verification Error = bandmaster.boards.net/thread/122/website-code-4-12007
Missing MSVCP110 = bandmaster.boards.net/thread/233/missing-msvcp110
System Cannot Find File or Website = Update launcher
Songs locked = You need a BMPremium.... buy cash
Only Coliseum is open = that's right. All players are only allowed in the Coliseum.. other areas are locked.
After clicking run.exe nothing happened = game did not load (slow pc problem) clear your cache or check this

Wrong username/password = refresh (F5) your profile in the website and try again.
bandmaster.bin has stopped working = right click on the Run.exe and run as administrator.
antivirus blocking bandmaster.bin or launcher.exe = follow this guide

FMOD errors = Your sound driver problem. Install High Definition Audio Codecs (Software) >> LINK <<
Verification error with code 7 = No connection to server. Check with admins if server is down.
Verification error with code 5, 12002 and others = Your connection problem. Check this link for explanations: >> LINK <<

Verification error code 5, 12030 = Your connection with the server has been terminated. Try again.
Verification error code 5, 12152 = The server response could not be parsed due to your internet connection. Try again.
Other verification error, ctrl F HERE and type the number (12030 for example) to know the reason.

Super slow download from launcher/autopatch error = Download manual patch

Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file...... = Disable antivirus, RUN AS ADMIN.
Navigation error = Install IE11
LUXONIX Purity Unhandled exception has occurred = Re-install. The installation skipped some process - repair vcredits do not cancel.
White box in launcher = Install IE11, run as admin, last resort is to re-install game.
Directx 9 error = Your video card problem
Themida File corrupted = False alarm. Disable antivirus and add Launcher.exe to exceptions (see the guide here)
Not a valid win32 application = BandMaster Online is not compatible with Windows XP. Check system requirements.

Facebook dialog Error (80040154) = Install IE11 - windows.microsoft.com/en-ca/internet-explorer/ie-11-worldwide-languages
Launcher forever patching/autoclose and download again = Restart pc, run as admin.
Please check internet connectivity and firewall status = Not a bug, just a warning. Happens normally to all players.
BandMaster.bin has stopped working = Game crashed. Login again.
LANGUAGE SETTINGS = Not a bug. Change your language to Thai/English BEFORE clicking Start Game on the launcher.

Verification Failed (32) = Disable anti-virus, run as admin
Launcher doesn't open = Refer to this bandmaster.boards.net/thread/35/add-bandmaster-firewall-exceptions
(after watching the video) Please make sure to add Launcher.exe to your anti-virus' exception so it lets it through or if you don't know how, just disable while you are playing and re-enable when you finish
Verification error with code .... = Download new client bandmaster.boards.net/thread/3/bandmaster-where-download
This setup has already been run the maximum allowed number of times and will now abort = Download new client
Login server failed = Server connection down or you are just having troubles connecting.
Super long "Connecting... Please wait a second" = Server is most likely down if this is happening to you for many hours.
Super long "Synchronizing" in multiplay = Admin is working already to get this fixed. Please be patient.
**old errors from Beta**
Verification Code 2 = File not found or cannot read file. Just run as admin.
Verification Code 7 = Cannot find a file from server, mostly because the server is down.
Verification Code 220 = Cannot write updated file. Just run as admin.
Verification Code @#$%^ = Cannot download file, check your connection stability.
An error has occurred = Run as admin.
Launcher.exe is missing = Find and rename Launcher.temp to Launcher.exe
BandMaster.bin is missing = Mostly because anti-virus delete it, disable anti-virus or excluding the game's directory
Trojan Themida = False warning from anti-virus, disable it or excluding the game's directoryThemida is just a packer service to protect executable from hacker/cracker.
MSVCP110 is missing = Download and install "vcredist_x86.exe". If you're using 64bit OS, install "vcredist_x64.exe" too. www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679
Unable to start (0xc000007b) = See "MSVCP110 is missing".
Weird noises/sounds = Problem since Korean server, still can't figure out why.
Check the DOWNLOADS page for the updated files.
Add BandMaster to your antivirus exception.
